hello fellow vl'ers i recently purchased a blue/purple (blurple) over silver calais and was wanting to put venetians in it. i've got a few questions and would liek some suggestions 1. who ells ventians? i know auto cables in melbroune do and have heard rare spares also but thats not 100%. does ne other company sell them or doesn any one have a full set for sale? 2. should i go black or white? i personally would liek asteroid silver coloured ones which leads me onto my next q. 3. how easy would it be to paint venetians in asteroid silver and how much for paint? 4. should i go horizontal or vertical/diagonal quarter windows? i personally like horizontal but havent really seen that many cars with them to make up my mind 5. Finally, how hard are they to install. i hear they clip on but is it a tricky proceedure cheers for all ur help

RareSpares sell them 100%. Thats a definate. I don't think asteroid silver will look so great, but give it a shot. I coudl be wrong. You can just spray them with a can of el cheapo spray paint from the hardware store. And go the vertical quarter venetians.

I bought my white venetians from rare spares i paid $205 for them about 2 years ago i think the black ones were about $20 cheaper. They are good quality and dont make any noise (if installed right).

just looked up rarespares and they r 235ish for back window and 235ish for quarters both in white. i think auto cables is the cheaper option unless someone knows anywhere else. thanks for the replies

There's heaps on Ebay. They go for $180 brand new. I'm getting a black one... only cause I don't want it to stand out too much.
