I am still undecided on weather im gona go gas turbo, or rip the gas off and just go petrol turbo. I dont have a lot of money to throw at this motor. My original plans were to go the standard vlt conversion gear (stock t3, manifold, jectors, comp, ect..) And with a good cooler setup and good fuel setup and tune, hope to make 170-180rwkw. Anyways how much would it cost to make that sort of power figure on gas? or even push 200rwkw? Im totally out of my field when it comes to gas, so I dont no what parts cost ect.. I got told it would cost a bit to make 180-200rwkw on gas. Anyways who kno's an adverage price for what I want??? cheers Jay....

the gas system itself including fitting shouldn't cost much more than $3k for a GRA system which would support upto 400rwkw if done with twin outlet tank and twin gas lines but your statements a bit broad when you say 'it'll cost a bit to make 180-200rwkw' are you talking about the gas system or supporting mods to get the power there?

you dont really need anything special to run gas. on older cars that aren't made for unleaded petrol its advised to get hardened valve seats and the like, but in cars that run unleaded its not an issue. its just like having a petrol fuel system, but well...gas upgraded igniton (ie CDI) wouldn't hurt though. gas injection is more expensive but betterer, but again you dont need 'extra' items to run gas. have a read through some of the threads in this section, theres plenty of info

My GRA setup was $3250 fitted. That was with single outlet APA tank and single B2 convertor. Will support 200 to 220rwkws. Add around $600 to $1000 more for twin convertors and twin outlet tank. Have a good read of this section and you will be eligable for the 2K rebate aswell.
