Hi all, Thought I just share a little reminder to make sure everything you own is locked, or stashed away, as I sit here at 5am, when I would otherwise be sleeping. I awoke at around 4.30 to the sounds of rustling outside my window, Didnt turn on the light, just snuck outside, dirt bike gone. It was sold yesterday so it was left outside as the guy would be picking it up. I heard the thief trying to start the bike at the end of the driveway, ran inside, got dad. I chased him on foot (very stealthy) while dad tried to run him down in my brothers Laser! I am expecting a visit from the police very soon, said they were going to send the dogs Anyway, Guys please remember to lock everything up and leave no opportunity, valuable sleep may be lost. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Farken thieving assholes! I installed a driveway buzzer a few years ago after a mate was burgled while this family was in the house sleeping... gave me the ****s, but it was the best thing I ever did. Now when anyone enters my property a loud buzzer goes off that you can hear from inside and outside

Yeah the dogs tracked him to the rugby club and no further i believe, Pretty ****ty at the moment, rang my insurance company (who I have been with for a while, no claims) and they told be they would'nt insure me because of the age of my car. not happy now because if it gets ripped off I have no way of getting to work, AND no money to replace it.

I would be getting the police to pay a visit the the guy you sold the bike to, maybe he wasnt so happy with the price? Thought he could get it cheaper if you know what I mean.

The buyer is from another part of the country so I doubt it, however the thought did cross my mind.

Just an '01 Suzuki DR200, only worth about $1500 but its the principle, some people have to work very hard to get where they are.
