Hi everyone I just bought my first VL! It's a '87 Berlina Wagon 3.0L 5sp. Here's a picture: http://whysopc.com It has SV5000 wheels, a Walkinshaw bodykit, custom yellow paint and custom yellow and black interior. The car was in pretty good condition considering it's done 300,000kms! Over the last couple of nights, we've given it a service, installed a stereo and speakers, dismantled and re-built the dash (how it should be), and fixed a whole lot of small issues. The exterior is pretty mint on this car so the only thing left to do is tint the windows... as for the motor, I'd like to put a turbo of some description in at some stage Good score for $5k huh? Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Hi guys, thanks for the replies Yeah, will definitely be a 3.0L turbo. Umm yeah, ooops on the wheels - screwed up there. Yeah, bought it off TM. The guy was sad to see it go... very sad. He'd spent quite a bit of time on it, but had other commitments so sold it to meee!! Cruise sounds good, was just reading all about it. I'm going to try to bring a few other humans who have VLs that are on this site but are too slack to post much We should be able to make it to the Taupo leg anyway. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
