Hey all my car won't boost past 8psi i have a turbo smart controller with the arrow in the t piece pointing towards the diaghpragm and its adjusted 12 clicks which is meant to be 1 click per psi but nothing, also looked at my actuator arm and its been made adjustable should i adjust it out a turn or too instead of the controller. i was also told that its becuase the spring in the the waste gate is standard and thats why it won't boost, but thats what i thought the controller was meant to do confused any help appreciated and its on a vl

have you removed the over-boost valve?

the wastegate is adjustable so u can preload the wastegate so it seals off, it is not for raising boost.
