Mod guidelines are always dependent on a few things, always different from forum to forum. If it's just a local club and small forum you shouldn't have too many issues, and if you have a group of mods that you can rely upon and have a level head you shouldn't really need to be too strict. This forum has some very specific rules for the mods because of it's size and i'd say it wouldn't suit most other forums...
