This is really basic expression of interest at the minute, just wanting to see what the go is really. I'll be selling my vl in the next couple of months. I've had it now for about 4 years and besides few bits and pieces it's been a really solid car. It's a SL 5 speed. The speedo sh1t its pants at 250,000km, and that was about a year ago. I don't drive it a whole lot, so i know it's still well under 300,000. The car needs a little bit of work, and unfortunately has rust around front and rear windows. The interior is really good, its got a nice little sports steering wheel, it's got a good sound system, all alpine. I keep it all serviced and up to date, and ive just had the injector rail and injectors all cleaned and flow tested and new hoses put on. Tyres are good all round, and it's been balanced and aligned in the last year. Before i sell it, it would get full service, new discs and pads and all the cream. I'll be honest with any questions and problems this car has and as long as you don't expect to do 50,000km a year on it, its a very reliable car for its age. Alot of the guys on here know the car. I don't really know what i'd be chasing, 2500 or there abouts. ps. the car is white and has calais lower mouldings on it which you could take off and flog or whatever haha.

I'd say it would be easier to learn to drive manual haha, and it's alot more enjoyable. A manual n/a over an auto n/a - the manual is about 100 times more enjoyable to drive.
