call bresciani racing on [email removed].
they now legally own the rights to the nizpro plenum, therefore being able to answer any questions you may have.

wont be able to use your stage2 avo, depeding on how much money you have either get a quality 600x300x76 one from plazmaman/pwr or just get a hybrind copy off ebay.
im quessing you still have std ecu and injectors, so they are maxxed out at 200rwkw but you should make the same power on less boost.
you can use a slim battery im pretty sure.
i can make you up some piping for a decebt price outta stainless steel.

bunnings sells pvc piping for not much, get some of that, make up your template and take it to an exhaust shop (pref from some arab decent) and wear a DRI-FIT or NikeFIT hat, you will get a good deal

also ive heard n/arunners are better than turbo 1s so is it worth my time to take of the whole manifold or should i just use my turbo runners

09-03-08, 15:34 GMT+10#10 mate your plenum will only fit one type of runner either NA or turbo. if it was designed for turbo runners then you will have to use them as the holes dont line up the same. sounds like you got a good buy on your plenum and if it is a genuine nispro one and your looking for power gains I would sell it and put your money towards a better turbo or fuel system if you havent already as I dont know alot about your set up. Your AVO cooler is excellent and I wouldnt expect you to see too much of a power gain from just a plenum change alone. Nispro plemums go for $1000 second hand and with this money you could put towards turbo or nice ECU and would definately see performance gains. It all depends on what you already have and your goals with your car. You dont need to move battery but would be alot neater and easier to route your piping. moving battery is not that hard to do and should find alot of info by searching on this site. also pretty sure you will have to run aftermarket ECU because of all the factory sensors attached to the factory plenum. Good luck

09-03-08, 15:42 GMT+10#11 I have seen one of the n/a Nizpro plenums (there is one sitting down at Plazmaman) and they have the throttle body angling off in the oposite direction to the turbo ones (pointing towards radiator). If yours is like that then you will need to chop the tb end of the plenum off and have it angled off in the traditional nizpro direction to run cooler pipes in a regular manner. If by "n/a Nizpro" plenum you mean it is a regular Nizpro plenum with n/a runners then it will be fine by all accounts for your car although:
a) The battery will be a tight fit
b) There is no point with the stock t3 or even a highflow. Think of the little turbo trying to fill that giant manifold every time you load the engine up. Nizpro manifolds work best with 700+hp turbocharger due to their volume, they are even on the large side for a 3540r i have found.
c) Those plenums are now worth easily $1000+ in good condition (assuming it's the regular turbo Nizpro plenum with n/a runners, not the actual n/a one which is very rare but also pretty useless) so as above i would be selling it to buy a larger turbo and wastegate or similar.
Big plenum + Big turbo = win
Stock plenum + Big turbo = win
Big plenum + Stock/small turbo = epic loose.
Just my 2c, I love Nizpro plenums i had one on my Calais Turbo and i honestly still think they are the coolest plenum ever made for the RB30ET, nothing beats them for shock value.

09-03-08, 16:27 GMT+10#13 That's the traditional Nizpro VL Turbo inlet manifold then, probably just with n/a runners.
