hi guys i have a pioneer head unit which is DEH-P9650MP it is a flip face head unit, the front face only opens when it wants to open, the unit starts and plays but the front flip face will not open when i want it to open what could this be has anyone had this same problem with this unit, could this be wiring cheer's sam

gotta pionner deck to might be the same never had that prob before maybe take it back to the suppiler pionner service
