well guys its time for easternats again. I welcome you to the REPCO EASTERNATS which will be staged at Sandown International Raceway on the 21st � 23rd March, 2008. Please note it will be a two day event with Friday being reserved for vehicle inspections and events on Saturday and Sunday. I have decided to stage the event over two days in order to provide more activities around the grandstand as this provide better value for the paying customer. Entry Fees, Mates Rates Passes and General Admission Tickets have not changed in four years and Prize money & Trophies exceeds $30,000.00. No other event offers such rewards nor can they provide the facilities available at Sandown. what do people think of the change to 2 day event and who is going this yr??? cheers

very true, i think the best part is the crusing and atmospher. now its one day shorter and the prices havent gone down?? thats stupid.

Im not happy with the 2 day event I recon its BS.. i mite not enter this year havent made up my mind yet... There will be less cruising which is the best part and its still bl00dy expensive to enter!

I love how they say that prices havnt increased... (which they have) and then proceed to say that the event is now 1/3 shorter than last year haha. Pretty sure calder has a big easternats style weekend that weekend!

yeh well i think easternats wont be on for much longer at this rate, i wouldnt be supprised if this is the last year...

Prity much what we do at Mildura, dink cans by the river watch plenty of huge h/p boats, then retire to the pub. Only to do it all again the very next day! Nothing beats the sound of a twin turbo 540 chev passing you at 120+ mph

man thats S H I T !! 2 days instead of 3.. ive been going to the nats for the past 4 years and this year is finaly the year i have a licence and a car worth taking, and its only going to be for 2 days, and sounds like alot of ppl may not go now... and the better news is my car may not b finishd in time.. ill try bcos if this is the last ill b F U C K I N P I S D O FF!!!!

thats rediculous there wil be **** all cruising which is the best. i was going to enter the mercedes into the burnout comp for a laugh. screw that idea ill just go away for the w.e not worth the money

Yeah and it would be, we're actually working on it tonite.. but the car is for sale/swap and there is no way im going to easternats this year, it's only a two day event... there wasnt enough cruising as it was!
