they had the headunit installed already.. however i havent had the speakers done.. but i dont have holes in the parcel shelf or the doors.. will it matter if i get them cut? ive seen other VL's with no speakers in the front doors n stuff.. just wondering if theres a reason for that or what?

personally i would put them in the doors, u shouldnt have any problems if you cut some holes in the door, heres my vl wif 6'' pioneers in the doors havent any probs and they look and sound good too!! and as for not seeing other vls wif front door speakers, perhaps they didnt want them there?? lol Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

You may want to also looking at getting door pods... better sound and proctects the cones of your speakers... water can get get through your windows seals and into your doors when you wash your car & when it rains and can damage your speakers...

ELV on springvale road has a few berlinas and they charge $14 a doorskin.
