hi everyone my brother is getting his stereo system soon and we need to know if there is any thing else we need its all new. here is the stuff
*Alpine deck not sure of the model
*Kicker Comp vr hype 12inch 400rms/800max
*Cadence amp FXA-1500 500rms
*kicker splits ks65.2
*5m of remote wire
*new ground wire
*3 new sony rca wires
*New speaker wire
now i think thats all...
Now we need:
*A 4ch amp to power to sets of splits (roughly 80rms per channel)
*A capacitor
Now is there any thing else we need??
Highly doubt your gonna need a compacitor for that set up...
In my VL Calais i was running:
*Kenwood full color deck
*Boss 2000w 4 channel amp
*Kenwood 7x10" 5way 500w speakers in shelf
*4" Kenwood 2way speakers in dash
*12" Kenwood Dual Voice coil 1500w sub
All running of a 600cca battery.. Used to pump music in my car for hours and drive away!
In my Senator
*6" splits in the doors
*6" splits in the shelf
*Tweeters in the shelf
*Fusion 4channel amp
*JBL crossovers
*2 10" US Audio subs
All running off a 600cca with no problems!
All your gonna need is to run a 2 guage power cable from the battery to the boot (dont forget the fuse ofcourse and mount it as close to the battery as possible)... remote wire from the head deck to the amp in the boot, rca cables from the back of the head deck to the boot (down the opposite side of the car to the power & remote cable)... sand back a good solid earth in the boot of your car then run the speaker wires from your speakers to your amp and your all set up... just make sure you purchase or have a decent cca battery
