26-12-07, 14:44 GMT+10#10 shouldn't make a difference man, If he does hi-way k's all it means he'll be reving higher, nothing to do with k's tho..

26-12-07, 15:24 GMT+10#11 yeh but isnt the odometer run off the speedo drive? so if you dont get your speedo recalibrated after changing diff ratios, your speedo will read (for eg) 90 km/h when in fact your only doing 80 km/h, which in turn affects your odometer reading

27-12-07, 11:17 GMT+10#13 well i the kms are run off where the speedo is
so when i am doing 100 the speedo read 140 so that means the kms will be going faster and i know they do because i have tested it and it nealy doubles the kms of wat u have done eg if u drove 10km it be around 20km on the trip
understand ???

27-12-07, 11:57 GMT+10#15 i am not saying it double but its close to it
4.11 is a big step up from 3.08s

with 4.11's if u dont have the speedo re-calibrated your speed reads between 20-30km's higher than what your actually travelling at, hence the reason the KM's go up quicker...if u have 4.11 in ur car and dont realise that ur clueless...
