Exactly, there is special units of Police devoted to numerous sorts of illegal activity.
I think it's wrong, and also pathetic how people buy these tags in hoping of passing their car of as a legit HSV/HDT/Calais etc.

i think rare spares sell hdt blanks not hsv as they are a hdt dealer or retailer-for melb same as mario from auto tech who does the hdt restores-
hsv would not let them do that unless they were a hsv/gmh dealer

it disgusts me... people like me go out and spend good money to buy a genuine hsv vehicle & then people sell body kits and fake build plates on ebay... theres two cars in my area now with fully hsv kitted vs commodores still with the commodore badges on the side and it shits me up the wall!!.... Want a hsv spend the money and buy one!!
Honestly I don't mind people mocking their cars up to look like a HSV or a HDT, providing they don't claim that it's genuine, espically when they plan to mod the **** out of them, **** the replicas not the originals.
Its not illegal to have them and its not illegal to build a Brock replica but if you try to sell it as an original and make money you could get your head kicked in lol.
