hey guys will be pickin up a bare shell soon and i was wondering if anyone could help me out big by painting a shell for me cheap dont mind backyard job as long as its set up of after hours work im in sydney area its would be really appreciated as ive the worst luck these last few years with calais, ive had one flogged off me and my calais now was in a acco i thought it was all good takin her to court todaythought it was gunna be a walk in the park as she turned in fornt of me causing 12000 dollars damage but no the court has ***ed my ass royal it turns out your plates can actually represent you my plates IWARNU didnt do me any favours everybody in the court room was left shakin theirs heads as they awarded it to the bitch edited. so im gunna move on before i by a gun lol and start building any help would mean the world cheers jamie

Get a copy of the judgement, should be in the court records and if possible
get a copy of the transcript too, well worth it.
Then take it to the legal ombudsman in your area, something sounds fishy there
as a license plate is not a substantive fact that influences a judgment...

yeah i know big dramas man i was travellin down a main road and she turns in front of me at an intersection due to my action of breaking early as she didnt make eye contact with myself it allowed her to nearly complete the turn, in court both herself and witness state they didnt see me magistrate asks of them well then were did the bright green calais come from my car stand out like dogs balls anyway, she rules due to her interpretation that if i wasnt visible when the other party started to make the turn then she had right of way end of the day if i hadnt of breaked and t boned her hard i would have won because i would have hit her in the middle of the intersection not with my front left and her left rear. my car was pretty much a phantom car in the matter i argued the point pf road rules a right hand turn infront of oncoming traffic can only be made if it is safe to do so as a collision occured its obvious it was safe magistarte says but the party were unaware your vehicle was approaching the intersection and thought it was safe to do so. i felt like yellin edited she couldnt spot a candy green calais on 20s blinged to the **** they admited to it outside of court before sittin the trial they offered me 1000 to not go ahead with it.the other party was cryin with guilt after the trial as she knows she is in the wrong and is a full blown christian and will punished for being decieptful "her words" F U C K the court system ****in spewing im left with nothin and after already losing my first build 23000 to some junkie car thief im at my wits end wats the point buildin these things when the innnocent get punished

my advice to anyone is this type of situation is be calm, business like and
before going to court be prepared, picturs of road from many angles, ask for
a recorded transcript before trial starts (need to give the registrar a few days notice).
Now the case has been heard, from what I understand of legal issues, you
have a strong case for an appeal - how you go about that needs a little
thought, it might be able to proceed with little cost if there is a basic error in
law or if the magistrate was unduly influenced....
Either way, asap go back to that court and ask registrar for an immediate
written copy of the judgement...
