If ya want the beez neez go for sequential vapour injection system. There is nothing on the market currently that will give you better power, reliability and NO BACKFIRES like a VSI system. Its more pricey but engine longevity and fuel economy will claw back the extra money you pay for it soon enough, not to mention the lack of airbox replacements and AFM replacements due to backfire. The list of benefits over a air valve or mixer ring set up are too numeruos to list here.
There really is no need to go straight gas if you go with a injection system as there will be no restriction to your intake as the injector nozzles are drilled into the intake manifold right next to your petrol injectors. And with this system the LPG ecu takes the injector signal from your petrol injectors and uses it to run the gas injectors, so what ever the petrol ECU sees from all its various sensors will be also seen or emulated by the LPG injection. Therefore the way it runs on petrol is the way itt'll run on gas and in some cases it will run better on gas as it is a higher octane rating fuel.
I also fit the 'factory' Genuine Impco system and they are heaps cheaper and run allright but you will lose some performance on LPG and there is allways the chance of backfire if you don't keep your ignition system in perfect condition.
Now if you have a VS sedan the 'old school' Impco system is $2860 fitted and if you want vapour injection (tartarini) you will pay around the $4200 mark.
Big price difference but also big performance and operation difference.

Yeah mate I would go the Impco too, just make sure you find a good fitter to do it.
Ask them if you can see some of their work or maybee see some customer testimonials ect.
Ask them how long the guy doing your car has been fitting LPG. I wouldnt go to anyone with less than 4 years experience really.
The best thing is to find people that are really happy with the work that a certain place has done and stick with them.
Be carefull of places that are really busy or don't take the time to explain the different options to you ect as most of the time they will rush the install, than not tune em right and than will not want to know you when you need warranty work. It is happening more and more and especially with the big 'reputable' joints that don't have time for the average man that loves his car.
I always spend heaps of time with my customers going through all the options they have with the install and where they want things placed not where I think they should go. It makes a huge difference in customer satisfaction let me tell you.
