This thread; http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/showthread.php?t=118851 Was closed too early I reckon. This guy needs to know that a 04 model needs to be emission compliant for its LPG system, all 04 onwards vehicles do. The only real way to achieve this is to run injection. Make sure that the installer only uses a emission compliant system and provides you with the relevant documentation or else he is rendering your car unroadworthy. I have recently dealt with a couple of cars that were done by a "industry leading" conversion business and they fitted old school systems that didn't even have the computer mixture control hooked up to it!!!!!!! Instanly rendering their new cars unroadworthy. And these guys are the biggest player around but they are still doin dodgy **** just to make a few more bucks. WTF?????? If you need a quote on a VERY good injection system you can PM me. Always make sure you check the installers credentials and experience as there are alot of cowboys and cash grab workshops that have only been doin gas since the government grant came in and they are doin some serious damage to peoples cars and not givin warranty cause they have no clue what to fix. I have been doin this for a long time (15 years) and I specialise in injection systems.

The main reason I did put my details up is cause I wanna see you guys get a half decent conversion. I'm not Gods gift to the gas industry by any means but I have been doin it for long enough to know how it should be done. Plus I do it for myself not anyone else. But my main point is that he needs to be aware that it needs to be a compliant system. And he did ask how much it would be did he not????

his problem not yours, let it go.if it fails emissions he can take the bloke to fair trading cause the installer cant fit uncompiant systems without express permission legaly, comes under trade standards.
