put a bag over the dizzy and coil. If you have a pod filter bag that as well. On a standard car that's all- wash away!

its a VL. If you think it will cause problems its a safe bet not to do it lol. On the side note I have pressure washed my bay once or twice. Other than forgetting to bag the dizzy and having to wipe it out(its amazing the problems that ****er causes and the AMOUNT of power surges) IMPRESSIVE! its all good really.

i find that cars are different, i've washed my dads vp 304 commo, like completely covered the engine in water and u turn it on, and its completely normal, and then my mate will wash his vs statesman also with a 304, and u get any little amount of water on it, and its completely stuffed. I do the same with my mates vq wich also has a 304 and its normal. just like the other ppl said, dont get it near the dizzy cover and dont get ny water into the induction, dosnt take a rocket scientist to realise that engines cant compress water Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

haha just buy some CRC and a rag and keep it in the car for the just incases. Nothing funnier than seeing a VL surge its tits off cos the dizzy is wet and the young guy standing over the engine bay steam coming off scratching his head "I dont know what happened".(Yes I did it once I looked like a tool) RACV laffed and went, nice day for cleaning cars huh, 4th one today lol

nah, just go easy, bag those parts as mentioned. try not to get any of the electrical stuff wet and dont get any water into ur air filter if you have one or the intake of ur turbo if u got one. dont apply too much pressure of water, just gently go over and if u got like grease or dirt, use a rag, well that what i do when i wash cars. do it with the car running i dont bag anything but i dont aim the washer at the dizzy or plugs either. the reason u leave the car running is because if it turns off you no why!

lol, its not like asif they go under water in the boats, isnt it the same as a car engine except it dosnt have a radiator, it just uses the water picked up from the leg Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
