Are they an unacceptablely high risk WRT theft? I told my mate that I am looking to buy a VL turbo to use as an everyday drive. Drive it to work and the shops and where ever. He said it would cost a fortune to insure (because of theft) and I said I would just use a high grade imobiliser and alarm. He said i was crazy and it would get stolen for sure! What do you all recon eh? BTW how much are you paying for comprehensive insurance?

id say...your friend is a little bit over the top about it. third party fire and theft isnt too bad....comprehensive will be very expensive...i was quoted over 2000 per year get a good alarm, a few clublocks, a killswitch, a padlock for the gear stick, razors in the front seat etc and i dont see why you cant have a vlt as a daily Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
