Hey guys I wanted to know wat could be causeing the lights not to pop up when you turn them on, could it be that the motors of the lights are dead or something else may be wrong

Firstly check fuses/relays... And then check whether the arms are broken that hold onto the eyelids. If fine, give them a lube up as they get rusty and sticky over time... If all else fails, your motor has had it.

Either theres insufficient power to the pop up motor (check using a test light/multimeter), they're not connected, the motor is jammed, or (my personal favourite) - the splines on the eyelid rails are worn excessively. Oh, and check the relay - they sometimes can die, and they can cause the light covers to operate erractically or not at all.

try turning the manual screw for the popups (while the lights are off), once you turn it enough the motor should kick in and pop the lights up and down. should eliminate whether it's mechanical or electrical anyway
