Holden HSV SVO VR II Statesman Caprice Automatic 5L V8 modified im thinkin of selling my stato, dont really drive it much it just sits in the garage: i am second owner, bought it off a 56 yr old man, who had ties with HSV its a 1 off SVO (special vehicle order) statesman caprice, has all caprice features + weathersheilds + hayman reise towpack + mosquito shield (full granny spec) + hsv enhancments (tags, badges, plates, computer, knock sensor, air intake and exhaust). 18X.XXXkms with service log books from 0km. *engine* 5.L rebuilt maybe 500kms ago acl pistons, comp raised to 9.5:1 block acid bathed crack tested torque plate bored and honed. new bearings, rings. thicker pushrods. heavy duty single valve springs wade 325b camshaft dialed in, (is inbetween crane 284 and 286) heads cleaned up, resurfaced,valves reground. block decked. engine blueprinted and balanced. 71mm tapered throttle body, reco'd blue top injectors. new spark plugs, coil, water pump, welsh plugs, leads, rotor cap, dizzy button. dizzy blueprinted. catch can. new harmonic balancer. all new hoses. built by Engine Action/James Race Engines. made 196.1RWKW at Electronic Automotive with sheets. #other mods# 3000RPM lock up convertor. shifts firmed up electronically. 3.9 diff gears. has king springs and munroe GT gas shocks all round. reco'd radiator, AU twin thermo's. pacemaker extractors, custom mandrel bent twin 2.5inch to 3 inch exhaust using straight threw muffler and a hotdog. #inetroir# is excellent condition standard leather and velour, comfiest seats around, front are electric. has autogauge smoke face, volts, vac, A/F ratio, trans temp and oil pressure gauges. 3 in console under radio, 1 on pillar, 1 in door vent. has autometer digital display RPM shift lite on pillar #exterior# has clear front and side indicators, and series 3 rear lights and panel, otherwise standard. #sterio# standard 12 speaker system, rear roof controls, stearing wheels controls, 10 disc stacker. #wheels# 17" VT Senator genuine with great tread all round. #also included# *1 spare brand new series 3 front bar with skirt. *1 spare series 3 rear bar with num plate surround and skirt. *original 15" wheels. *whole box of spare parts. #bad points# has crack in rear bar (thats y i purchased new bars) has dent in left hand rear door, and a few stone chips on bonnet and front bar. ok well i have recipets for pretty much everything i hope lol.... and im not desperate to sell, jus a little tired of spending so much cash lol, but if no interest will finish car off wid a spray and some 19z. i have probs left heap of info out please feel free to ask any questions u mite have. no joy riders or tour groups. contact if genuinely interested via pm or post up. not really keen on a VLT swap but let me know what u have other wise cash. hey mate very nice car just wondering if your interested in selling the series 3 rear number plate surround because i desperately need one for mine. i found out yesterday the skirt wont fit on with the the vs1 surround. cheers mate

atm il keep skirts to gether, but i will use the spare bars as a barganing tool, ei, drop price and i keep the bars, im pretty sure the numba plate surround is still available from holden tho(i know the skirts aint) but give them a call.. went threw recipets today over 20 pages with over $7000 worth, keep in mind i was a mechanic so everything is trade and highly discounted, to pay RRP would b over 10k worth of stuff, also some things i dont have recipets for unforunetly, tune $1000, battery $100, thermos+wiring $150, catch can $55, the value for money is here people... interoir photos Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

bump, chumon sum1 must want a statesman that actually moves lol my mate has exact same motor in his VR SS, cept mine has a bigger throttle body and made a couple RWKW more, his ran a 13.5 wid 3/4 tank a petti and sub box still in boot.
