As above, I am looking for a recommendation of somewhere good to rebuild my LSD. Would prefer somewhere northside but I will go a fair way to get a good job done. Also preferably somewhere that you have been personally and found to be good, not just somewhere you heard was alright.

Northside Transmissions 87 Connaught St Sandgate (07) 3869 0184 Got my LSD reconditioned and put in there. Havent had any troubles at all in the year its been in. LSD is still perfect even after going through a bit of abuse (read: Burnout competitions).

How tight did they shim it? Im wanting to get my 25spline LSD rebuilt to 28spline and shimmed right up....

was pretty tight - not so much that it chirps around corners, but enough to feel very positive if accelerating through a corner. how much are we looking at to reco an LSD? im getting a skyline LSD center, if it 1 wheels to much ill get it fixed.

Mine cost me $550 to have an LSD centre pulled from a VP Senator Diff, rebuilt, and changed over with my open centre in the VL.
