Am looking at a set of Hoosier D.O.T drag radials but not sure what will fit under teh guards. The car has super low springs with short travel lowered shocks, adjustable panhard rod & rolled guards. The tyres of choice are: 255/50R-16 tread width 9.8 Approx Dia 25.8 Approx Circ 81.0 Design Rim 8-10 Section Width 10.7 OR 225/50R-16 Tread Width 8.8 Approx Dia 24.6 Approx Circ 77.3 Design Rim 7-9 Section Width 9.5 Will either of these be ok or is there another type/size recomended by somebody out there? Whats the widest slick or street radial I am able to run?

Ive got 145/45/18's under the rear of mine, they fit well, they scrap with somebody in the back with superlows. I havent got an adjustable panhard bar, but I think its scrapes both sides, with the right offset on the rim you should be able to get the 255's under. Ive got VYSS rims.
