Hey guys im new to CT only cuase i just bought a VL (yeah i have been stuck under a rock lol) as a project and intend on moving along with it pretty quickly. this has been done pretty extensively, and people will back what they've used in the past.. Ive had autronic, haltech.. and I'll try microtech next i think. Honestly they all have their good points, bang for buck, link and microtech are hard to go past. In saying that autronic are excellent for VLT's and cater from them with their own chopper disk

The cheapest one that plugs straight in would probably be a link or a wolf 3d v4.

2nd hand microtech's can be picked up fairly cheaply... its all down to preference, i would be asking the person who is tuning your car what ecu to get as some workshops/tuners prefer to stick with certain products... i went with a haltech e6x, but if money is no object, you cant go past a motec
