Clearing an epa is as easy as removing the head bolts and fitting this "EPA KIT". Takes less than an hour to swap over. Worked for me. Only other thing u need is a head gasket.
My new setup is LPG so i no longer require this.

if u have a modified engine eg. have bigger plenum, top mount turbo, big cam management etc u cant pass an epa. but bolting up the na stuff u can clear it easily when u go down to mcloead for an inspection.
