hmm might wanna drop the price a little as i can buy a new torque power one for $720ish... i sold one on here for $420. Have you got all the injection gear? if the price is right, i may trade all injection gear minus heads plus cash for your manifold. It includes Loom, ECU, Injectors and manifold.

agree ^ and no disrespect but TP are far better especially in dual plane form so you're probably better off dropping a few hundred off it

Carb or EFI, id say if it was carb you could keep it under the bonnet but you wont be able to run a air cleaner, i know thats the case with the harrop single plain and a holley. if you go efi and a 4barrel 1000cfm TB you can keep it under the bonnet, just run a drop stlye air cleaner base and thin air cleaner element.

The hi-rise dual plane is 1-1/4" lower than the single plane so with a drop base you shouldn't have any trouble getting it under bonnet.
