Hi, need to get a hire car for a while, maybe 1-2 weeks. Where can i get, preferably a luxury model Holden VT (WH) and up in Sydney? Thanks.

Yes but it doesn't specify which cars the companies use, and on the internet it sayes for eg. VX Calais or similar... what is similar? I don't want a falcon or something'. I could call all of them but thought that someone on here might now or has some experience.

most companies will say "or similar" as they do not limit themselves to having one type of car on fleet in that particular category. you book a "Group" of car which could be any of a number of models. for example, you can book a group E car, which could be a ford falcon, mitsubishin 380, toyota avalon, holden commodore, toyota aurion, or even a V6 camry. you can usually nominate a preference, but rarely can it be guaranteed what you will end up with as it depends on availibility on the day. hope that helps.
