Hey Guys ive had a problem with my heater fan/blower for a while now it just doesnt seem to work. The tempereture control works, i can get the air to be hot and cold, but i cant seem to get the fan to blow air. So yesterday i decided to pull my dash apart and pull out the fan/blower and test it to see if the motor is burnt out but its not, It works perfectly wen i connect the purple and black wires to a 12v dc power supply. As soon as i plug it all back into the loom it just doesnt seem to work. Ive checked the Fuse and the relay switch. Ive used two different heater controls too and still nothing, what else could be the problem? Plz someone help me.... All help would be greatly appreciated... Jim Anyone Plz?? I need to put my dash back together soon...

Some times the 1234 switch is worn and you need to turn it on fast or jiggle it,try another heater slide switch.

If it works but stops blowing when you accelerate then you've got a leak in the hose going to the vacuum ball under the front bumper.

try fiddling with the vent controls( feet, face, widscreen etc.) my fan doesnt work when i push it all the way up to windscreen, i have to pull it back down a bit for it to start working
