Regarding VL V8 BT1's I know they exist but I have never seen a V8 one in Canary Yellow is there any? VK BT1 V8's I have seen Just want to satisfy my curiosity cheers Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I have seen one that looked like a BT1 out in the western suburbs, canary yellow with plates RIPPSI but I am not sure if it was originally canary yellow or a BT1.

The NSW ones were white and pale blue,If there was a 5.0 yellow VL BT1 it would of been in Victoria and to date I havnt seen a picture of a yella V8 VL Victorian chaser either.

I would put money on the Victorian cops only ordering turbos for Highway patrol work,imagine being a rookie cop in 1986 getting into one. Looks like the VK was the last yellah 5.0 chaser..

got bits from one yellow vl bt1 v8 on the weekend all doors bonnet boot full body harness inc engine harness the body harness is full calais type, diff, k frame suspension etc also 80ltre tank , this was a gen bt1 in yellow. was an original vic car .

ok ive never seen a yellow bt1 v8 in melb at all butttt there was one for sale in qld for sale yellow bt1 v8 i asked him for numbers i didnt get them i wanted to buy it but he never gave me anything, it was all yellow chrome door handles an it had polished clubbys mate is this the car at all? if so please could you pm a number of the guy as i lost it or mate could you get me eng code vin num or any help at all about it would be good.

Now we have two shades of yellow,QLD and VIC. I would love to see a picture of a 5.0 BT1,were the engine specs any different to the stocker 122kw?
