Hi guys i have tried posts on SAU, but not havin much luck. I have recently purcahsed a xf throttle body to put on a custom plenum that i am getting made. (My car is a r33) I am wondering, for people that have put this type of throttle body on their car, what accerlerator cable have you used?, and how you have attached it?? Any info or pics would be great!! Thanks I have also bought a rb30 tps from a manual vl ( well i just took it from the wreckers) Just off topic for one sec, ABC wreckers on prgress road are now charging 2 bucks just to enter, how bull**** is that. Oh well rb30 tps for 2 bucks is ok. I got the rb30 tps as it co-operates with my ECU. But then again some people have said that the xf tps has worked. oh well. i have an xf throttle on my na rb30 and i just used the original vl cable and spaced the bracket back a bit so i didn't have to shorten the cable, but i'm assuming your custom plenum is facing the front, in which case i have seen people use the original cable holding bracket off of the xf (it attaches to the throttle body) with the vl cable shortened to suit. i also used a vl tps but i think you can get the xf one to work if your car is manual hope i helped a bit, thought i'd put my 2c in since no one had replied

thanks mate !! i havent been able to put it on yet, as my custom front facing plenum hasnt been made yet. but i have got my hands on a pintara accerlerator cable, and seems to be the right length and looks like it will work. Will let yas know how it goes, and how i do it, for other people going to do this.
