help needed/just wanting to know if an rb20t manual box is stronger than standard n/a 5 speed vl g/box??? will rb20t box bolt straight up to my rb30 cheers/// Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

double syncros so yes slightly stronger and pretty sure it just bolts striaght on with no or little mods

let us know how it goes mate, thinking of getting one sometime in the future if mine plays up I think (and i could be wrong) that the MF5 and the RB20DET gearboxes are essentially the same except for the double synchros and a few minor differences. There alot nicer feeling box though

yeah they do fit the same.cheap to buy also

I Still Couldn Imagine Them Bein Any Stronger Than A Mx7 G/box With A Hd Clutch???

but they are way cheaper. clutches are cheaper too. pretty much same as vl, except for extra synchro, and i think they have more ribs on the housing. much better box to drive though.
