vacuum problem it sounds like... Just drive with all 4 windows down a bit... you'll be right. just having the aircon on will help. Try driving a VL with no air con in the rain, the fan does near nothing on the screen, so ya gotta drive with the windows down...

I dont know if the VL uses a similar setup but theres a rod that control what your switching the option to foot/windscreen/entire car.. Make sure when you change to the desired option the rod is changing to.. Could be getting stuck, mine was doing this when i put a headunit in, knocked the rod and it would only go to the 1st 2 options which in a VN is the freeflow air and i think Feet, when you would move it to Entire Car the rod wouldnt move but the handle was Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

i agree, sounds like its probly a vaccum leak or supply problem. check the vaccum storage tank too for damage (behind bumper somewhere i think) and the vaccum lines going to and from it.

I just put a heater fan assembly in my VH 'cause there wasn't one there and I have discovered that there is bugger all air that comes out the vents to the front screen. All the other settings have plenty of air flow. I was thinking something must be stuffed in the car or there was some ducting missing but if you have the same issue in a newer model I guess it is safe to assume that is just the way it is... Thanks, TEMPA

Thanks, TEMPA You will probably find that the top half leading to those vents probably arent right. Its a bugger of a job but ripping the dash out is the only real option to have a look. I know mine didnt work until I did that and it wasnt sealed up
