picked up my new project today, its just a rolling shell with half an interior as it caught fire a few months ago...
its an 87 berlina formula genuine turbo shell.
cost: $200
unfortunately im loosing the lsd rear and all the other turbo brakes etc but ohwell.
over the next few months im planing to repair all the fire damage and replace all the fried wireing, rebuild my old motor and turbo it, maby a full respray and put all the interior back together.
il get some better pics when i get it out to clean up the engin bay - its a bit hard where it is now.
if anyone has any parts they can see that are missing post them.

does anyone know what was actualy in the formula pack??
anyone got a bonnet and a front bumper they want 2 give 2 me? (preferably white)

great find mate
basically formula packs were a dealer fitted option which could include:
*side skirts (same as calais')
* Boot lip spoiler (similar to le's)
* Headrest inserts
* Front bar extension thingy (similar to le's)
cant remember anything else, except all formula's ive seen have been manual

doesnt have side skirts
no boot lip
could have had head rest inserts
dont know about the front bar extention.
i do have a set of calais side skirts that i might throw on it when i fix em
did some more wrk on it today.
iv striped all of the interior except for the roof lining and there is a bit of water damage where it leaked through the windscrene but im going to get sum kill rust ans go over it with that and then seal it all up and paint the whole interior white.
swaping diffs over tomorrow and il start cleaning up the wiering loom to go in it and maby start puting it in.

Maybe its better to say, put it back to being a "Formula". I sold my VL Formula Turbo last year which I owned for 9 years. Formula's do come with extra which it seems have already been taken from your car such as; front lip under bumper, rear lip boot spoiler, headrest inserts, side skirts (maybe factory but im unsure), and mine had colour coded rear vision mirrors but mine was executive and it had white all around the doors also.
So you have alot of work ahead to put it together whether it be back to formula status or just to get it running.
Goodluck with it. Great Bargain Regardless whether formula or not.
Here is a pic of my Formula (as you will notice, mine has spoilers and skirts removed)
