Hey guys, I've recently upgraded to a VY wagon but I love my VL wagon too much so I'm not selling. Thing is, I want to be able to drive it from time to time but I don't want to have to pay $634.95 a year for the priveledge. Has anyone put their car on club rego and what is involved? There is also a plan to turbo up my old wagz while I'm not using it much. Who has suggestions? Oh, and what's a thread without pics? New wags: Old wags: Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

They're not old enough yet. They have to be at least 25, or in some states 30, years old.

And, you can only drive them to an event, held by the club youre a member of, and if caught just driving around there's a fine and you club gets in trouble, and risks losing the club plate privelige. Bloody beautiful pair of wagons by the way!!!

Yeah, you can only drive them within 30 kms of your house to test drive it - and that suits me, I'm not going to be driving it much. So is there an age limit on the cars? 20 years old might be too young I don't want to let it run out of rego but I don't want to foot the full bill Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I would have pulled up but the girl i had in the car didn't want to and we had to be somewhere anyway! Funny stuff. Nice calais you have anyway! Okay so far I've worked out that my car's not old enough for club rego... needs to be 30 years old, so I'll have to wait another 10 years But here's another question... which wheels should I have on my VY? I swapped them over last night and I'm thinking I should stay with how the wheels were originally, the VZ monaro mags don't suit the VY as much as the VY monaro mags do... what do you folk reckon?
