who know's how many are left-u would never get a honest answer as it was not a limited build of 500 or so- like hsv's

HAHA your telling me. getting hold of VL turbo parts alone..............impossible. and if you do manage to find some you have to take out a loan against your house LOL. best luck i have is buying parts from Aussie and rare spares NZ branch is quite good but they are expensive here.
Yeah, hard call on numbers but for every vl that gets written off Im sure another 2 spawn somewhere lol

Sure were not talking about BT1's? :SNAP:

this question has been asked several times before
the total number of VL's produced is known (it's over 200,000) but not the breakdown of models: turbo, n/a etc
and the number left is obviously not known either, end of story
well think about it for a second, stock 3ta's, exhaust manifolds, T3 turbos and calais parts are not flooding the market, in fact they get snapped up right away as soon as the owner writes his car off and strips it. The fact that these standard parts sell so quickly (assumably to perform a conversion to an n/a), leads me to believe that there are still a heap of vl turbos out there (although alot not original) as if there weren't, then there would be huge amounts of stock vlt parts all over the market struggling to be sold, which is far from the case.

There were like 151,XXX VL's made origionally.
So lets be generous and say 1/4 were calais'? So that gives us 35,000ish.
Then say only 1/4 were optioned with turbo motor options (I'm sure its much less than that) were already down to roughly ~10,000.
And thats before we get into how many have been written of / stolen / stripped.
Can't be many origionals out there, but im sure theres a few still around...

Put all the requirements together, that being factory, unmolested, clean and good condition the answer is 29. *
* The information supplied in this post is entirely fictional and the number was just plucked from my arse.
