This thing looks tuff!!! How much different is this to a Garret t04e turbo?

Yes it will fit on a lowmount manifold, it may fit on the standard dump pipe if you have the normal 7 bolt housing pattern, will also fit with a round 3 bolt rear housing pattern The GT35/40 comes with 3 size rears 0.63, 0.82 and 1.06 and has a 0.7AR front cover This turbo has a 0.63 rear and a 0.6AR front cover, the main difference between them is the GT35 is a roller bearing turbo, this one is a journal bearing turbo. I honestly don't know what a Garrett T04e comprises of, but I wouldn't imagine they would be any different apart from the brands of the parts.

So this would bolt on to the factory manifold and dump pipe and all lines will hook up without any problems?

The only thing that may need modifying is the dump pipe. You might be able to bolt the factory dump pipe straight up providing the wastegate flap is in the right position. Im about 80% sure you can but without having tried it I can't say for sure, and I don't have a spare factory dump pipe laying around to try it. Everything else will bolt up with no hassles.
