Temp sensor O2 AFM those are the main 3, that cause issues such as this.

a good way to improve fuel is to replace the vacuum hoses from your fule tank. its been 20 years and am 100% that they are crack, and fuel is evaporating from there too. i did this it cost me about $120 and now i fill a full tank and i know that the only way that its going is through the injectors

if its not the presure reg. then i would try taking your o2 sensor out, geting a clean rag or something and wiping all the soot and crap off, then give it a clean up with a fine piece of sandpaper... worked for me

get a service manual and check your AFM, CTS and TPS... and replace if faulty... Otherwise, someone else had a similar problem and it was due to un-even compression levels

how do i test it??

just have to double check which wires to test ( i think its the bottom two) but they should have continuity with throttle closed and go open circuit as soon as you open the throttle. p.s. its not the 02 sensor
