I'm looking at running straight LPG with a haltech e6k to control the ignition system. I need to know if the ECU wiring setup is the same as it is for an EFI setup.

Ever heard of megasquirt? It is a system that can be bought in different stages. So if you so choose you can run ignition only, if you wanted to switch to petrol you could buy another stage and run fuel management too. Have a look into it, it might be exactly what you want

Same, just ignore the stuff to do with the injector side of the house. If going GRA type stuff you can delete TPS as well as it isn't going to do a lot for you.
