hey guys had a search couldn't exactly find out what im after, got my n/a vl and the drums on the back arent much chop not self adjusting what so ever. keep fixing it and and it keeps stuffing up aswel as the normal bloody spongy crap braking.. changes shoes few times.3rd cylinder..more hassle than its worth i think just curious as to if i can just bolt some vn discs on my n/a diff? i know that vn diffs fit in but are a bit bigger and the handbrake can be a bit of hassle. i looked at those upgrade kits on eBay.. bit pricey for a n/a. dont particularly want to spend huge money on a vlt diff just for some stopping power just yet just hoping to get something that will bolt up then spool it for the fun of it might be just worth getting a vlt diff though as im hoping to supercharge it at some stage. any help apreciated:

You dont need the 1" unless you have upgraded to the VLT front rotors. If someone wants these back plates/callipers/hand brake cable I have some sitting here VLHERO any respect I had for you getting answers right just went out the window. STOP POSTING !!!!

I never said the 1" was NEEDED did I? I thought I said preferably, which is because it gives a better pedal and much better braking force than the 15/16". Of course it will work with the 15/16", as the N/A Calais are evidence of, but the 1" will always be superior to the 15/16" for those wanting to achieve better braking performance. Why should I stop posting? Not many people on here have actually done the conversion from drum-to-disc using the drum housing. If someone wants help and advice with this conversion I'm more than happy to help out as I have quite extensive knowledge regarding the conversion resulting from my own personal experience in doing so.
