I have been contacted by a company, who HSV are getting to make a book on the 20th anniversary of HSV.
They have asked me to provide pics of walkys in nice locations, that MAY be used in the book.
So if you have any that you think may be good, please post them here. You must own the copyright of the images though.
We are looking for pics of walkys together, and mainly in original condition.
The recent pics of the 15 together in Perth look like they might go in, and Carls build #001 is a sure thing to go in also.
Thanks
Craig

Hey Craig, would you rather me post you out my best of the best photos in there original File size (Max Res) as there is a limit on the site to what size you can post or is this for them to take a look at first?

Post them as a smaller size. I'll then get them to look at this page, and if they want the high res ones, they will let me know.
Thanks

#16??? Are u sure....
HSV had 16 last year when i saw it. I thought Tom Walkinshaw sold 16 to Holden when TWR collapsed.
Your not talking about 7 are you....that was the one crompton and jones drove.
Just thought Id ask

There are a few Number 16's as seen during the HSV Nationals. HSV had one on display in their workshop and there was another at Sandown. When the same number is used accross a few different years it can result in multiple cars wearing it. The championship car isn't always the same car for the endurance races either.

Yes i dont think its the bathurst one but looks the same. Not sure. Story goes the owner sold it to him becouse he had no room for it.$15,000 apparently. But once he relised what he had he restored it back to original and its worth a s@#t load now.It was on a dvd recently. You know the dvd with unique cars a while back. It had a walky section in it. Thats the guy and thats the car.

14-05-07, 01:47 GMT+10#14 It doesn't cost as such at all. You need to be able to prove that you are the copyright holder of it though, which sometimes can be difficult.

I thought the one used on the Unique Cars and also Serious V8's DVD was a number 7 car.

Yep, it's the No.7 car on the DVD, also was at the Muscle Car Masters last year, driven by Crompton and Brad Jones I think and came 5th in the 1990 Bathurst.
