hey guys i joined a while ago but just been looking around biding my time on the forum but ive got some half decent pictures of my car now so i thought i'd post em up. its an '86 berlina so yeah series 1, dont worrrrry taking the motor out when i get money and turbo it with my mate. im apprentice mechanic down in werribee and yeah i bought this car early january for about 2,300. he wanted bout 3,200 but i talked him down. its pretty straight good paint and everything besides 20 year old pinstripe coming off bumpers but i wana get rid ofi t anyway. it had only 1 or 2 owners and was original when i bought it. Since owning it i've just got a basic system, mp3/cd headunit, 6 inch speakers for front, 6x9s, amp and a 12 inch sub. it has a 2.5 inch exhaust from cat with 3 inch dump tip gives it a nice note and i've also lowered it with ultralows all around and put some window tint on it. i got a stage 2 shift kit put in the other month and im looking into a B&M shifter with the manual shift on it. not crazy like full manualised valvebody and everything, just something to have fun and not be boring. eventually i'll turbo it, im shooting for around september this year but dont tell my parents that :P yeah i'm still on my L's but ive only got like a month and a bit til i'm 18 so ill be out and about alot more! anyways heres some pictures of it n that. thanks guys. yeah interior can be a bit much but my windows are pretty dark so the interior is always dark and never hard on the eyes. not faded anywhere or a single ciggie burn in sight on my interior im rapt . passed my hazards today so jus got 4 weeks to go til i go for my p's. will be turbo veryyy soon and get my plates next couple weeks so its all comin together Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

if your taking off the pinstriping do u want to sell me the left top mould on the back bumper as im after 1 with the striping?

got my car back from panel beaters today looks unreal! resprayed, aero grille put in and calais chrome trim on bumpers from bigkeels looks so nice im happy with it. ive also since my last post got full set of black venetians (side and rear) and lowered it a tiny bit more in the rear now its straight to a turbo motor Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Very neat mate,I would lose the badge on the nose though but besides that its great to see an immaculate Berlina.

little update of how it sits now.. most of the time got the sigs on as more people look that way and nuthin like seeing a 19 inch rim tucked under rear guard of a vl. this is it for now til end of next month when my car is finally turbo as i have all the gear for it to go straight on just sussing out a diff for it now and once thats in ill hunt down a droptank to complete the look Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

finally turbo! full rebuild, cooler, hiflowed t4 and on 6psi plus with my minispool n shiftkit goes harder than i thought! now jus need this moved to turbo thread! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Wicked dude. Good to see the number finally made their way to the right spot on the BUMPERS. I hate them in the window; gay spec. Red interior is mint, don't ever get rid of it. Unless you go for Berlina red trims to suit power windows, or red Calais. LE spoiler is a nice touch too. I'm undecided on the chrome trims. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

now for sale! losing licence for 6 months so sort of regretful sale but happy at same time as sick of beng hastled by cops and getting attention from the right and wrong people.
