OWNER: Hayden VEHCLE: 1986 VL Calais ENGINE TYPE: RB30 COLOUR: Metallic green PRICE: hahha not telling you GEARBOX: � Converted to 5 speed manual EXHURSTE: � 2 Inch all the way, extractors SUSPENSION: � Full peders suspension � Lowered 2 inch rear, 1.5 front WHEELS/TYRES: � vy Calais series II rims STEROE: � cd player not hooked up � 6x9�s OTHER MODS: � Window Tint � Auto technica steering wheel � Tow bar ( got to get new one bent) � Under dash/boot neon�s � Missile style switch THINGS NEED DOING: � Roof repainted � Front right bar repainted ( different colour ) � Side skirt painted � Interior needs steaming and cleaned � Under front window rust has been fixed needs respray � Back right window motor � Back left window switch � Goose neck bent � Original grill � And needs a service � Aww and rust fixed in boot FUTURE MOD'S My future mods at the moment is to return her back to the original calais then go from there Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

just to update the original post the exhaust is a 2 1/4 inch all the way with upgraded extractors ( rushed that post relished i can't edit it) a lot has happened since i posted up the pics a month ago i grinded and welded a plate in the wheel well and around the rubbers to stop leaks from the rust I've painted the hole boot black and sound deadener everywhere i can ( carpet goes down anyway) cleaned and polished up the garnish and tail lights put stokies on the rear because the vy's have no more tred ( dam hate having an money) pics from this to this Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

lookn good mate should be good if u do all the things youve planned for it those VY Calais wheels look perfect on the VL, might consider some for mine. whats with the missile switch? garnish is looking good too, did mine recently and it makes a huge difference to the looks

deanoVLCT = thenks mate thoses wheel's will be sold and new tred for the vys or i might use em bewsh= thenks mate the vys do look pretty good on the vl but only if it's two tone , and the missle switch is for the under dash neons only figured that out my self not to long ago

ok update time been a while since last ubdate i've completed the interior riped everything out and cleaned it all and replaced parcel shelf and made my own custon spacers for the 6x9's interior came up really good now just gotta sort out some issue's and i'll be ready for CFC4 PICS!!! parcel shelf after completion parcel tray in car (need to put headrests got dark lol) mmm clean interior and finaly my car as it will stay untill cfc Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
