hey, i just went out and brought a vl wagon RB30n/a for a project that me and me old man wanna do up. my original ideas were to first get rid of the gayest hubcaps in history and get some 15'' ceptors until i can get my rims(wont be for a while tho ) then wanted to put a calais interior in, doesnt bother me wat material. then my most wanted thing of painting it black over 2 tone silver, at the moment the ****head b4 me sprayed the bottom of the doors silver(but hardly noticeable to guys that dont no vl's). but before i do anything i need to get the airfilter and sensor regulator thing and the guy took photos of only 1 side because it has a dint in the rear qtr so im hoping it will pop out. also, there is rust in the usual places on vls, around the windows (back and front) and the bonnet is sevearly weather beaten and has the "claw scratches" all over anyway what are some suggestions towards what i should do? i will eventually get around to turboing it but wont be for a while. tell me wat u think cheers leigh. looks alright, but Calais front, Calais side moulds and skirts. And interior when you can be stuffed. And dont do hubbies, calais wheels! Colour is fine the way it is I reckon, but a black over silver wagon would be different... Just make sure you tint the taillights.

do u no of anywhere i can get some calais wheels? that was my other option for it, i will be tinting the tail lights eventually but yea the idea of black over silver and my rims would be black rims with the silver dish if u get wat i mean? different but cool i reckn cheers mate leigh.

Yeah I get what you mean, deep dish rims with a black center. Would look ok but they gota be at least 19" As for calais wheels, every tom **** and harry on these forums has got a set. Including me I'm sure you could find a set for sale easy. Or just check with the wreckers, you never know. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
