change basic vl dash cluster to calais dash

ey guys just wondering if someone could tell me if i am easyily able to change from a basic vl dash cluster to a vl calais dash? would all the wires from the dash i have in there go straight into the calais dash? what happens with the rev tacho, etc. thanks
