I have just upgraded my link ecu to 3 bar map sensor and chip, my car is at the mechanics now and has been there the last 2 days. The problem they have come across is the car will start and run for about 2-3 seconds then it dies, they say they have traced it back to the injector pulse dying. I have dropped the old chip and map sensor back to them but would like any help you may have, as im not 100% sure the chip is the problem what else could cause it to start, run and then stop?

Try the relay on the RHS behind the headlight. One of these controls the injectors! They can corrode and give trouble. Also check any alarm wiring and operation. This can also give headaches!
