Hi, what does it mean when you say the rim is '3-piece'? Does that mean that the width is adjustable? And why is 3-piece better than 1 piece?

And why is 3-piece better than 1 piece? lol its self explanitery their are 3 pieces to the rim that all bolt togeather to make a compleet rim have a look at the piks.... dunno why they are better.... possibly change the tyre width and stuff of if u farrk a part you could get a new bit insted of a hole new rim...

yea - the rim is 3 pieces. the lip, the centre, and the inside. you can change the centre if you dont like the centre. if you crack the outer rim you can just get another one of those, or...if your keen, slap on some thing a little bigger. for example:
