Heya mate, i know your away but i just wanted to throw my name into the ring for autosalon. I leave for the UK on the 3rd April so i want to see my car at its best before i leave... I drive a VLCT Walky rep...high gloss black with VY GTS rims. Looks really nice inside and out and figured there aren't too many walky reps around! And the trade mark "Calais Turbo" is registered and copyrighted.. your (infact this iste is) on very touchy ground when it comes to "merchandise".... before going ahead with any designs i recommend speaking to me in more detail first.. we just went through a very costly legal fight with GM, and can't afford to get into another... holy **** i didnt even think of that... obviously calais turbo and the logo's are owned by GM but even if there is a .com after it as it is a club... thats crap.. it really is... is there anything else we need to speak to u about before proceeding with anything sirgeo, just so we dont get anyone in the ****ter?

Logo's and name was owned by solely by us, now it's a bit of a border line thing, just needs my approval to make sure we don't breach any guides put in place, I just need to check them over, make sure www.calaisturbo.com.au (http://www.calaisturbo.com.au) is clearly visible so that people don't think it's an official GM product. And having the www. and the .com or .com.au on the end it becomes this websites sole trademark/business name.. So again it needs my approval. Having just CALAIS TURBO will cause GM's lawyers to hit this site and the person trying to make the product very hard, trust me, I'm still recovering... And yeah I know it's allot of crap just to print a few shirts to help promote on of their products.. But it's what they want.. And end of the day they have more money than us Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

so if we were able to use the site logo at the top of the site the one with the calais and turbo logos, but with the site adrress down the bottome would that be over the line?
