Ok, well i've removed a couple badges off my car, which had been glued on using super glue!!! and now theres the outlines of them in glue. Just wondering if anyone knows any easy ideas on how to remove this without damaging the paint? I've already tried heating it up with a hair dryer but it doesnt seem to melt or get softer at all just makes the surface of the car extremely hot!! Any ideas appreciated. Cheers, Daniel. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Maybe an organic nail polish remover would work. Obviously try in a discreet area beforehand. Don't use a normal one as the acetone in it will not only dissolve the glue it will also destroy the paint.

Super Glue... Not heard that one b4. Prepsol (wax and grease remover) gets of factory glues n stuff. Can give that a try. Wont damage ur paint and if it dosent work its a really handy thing to have and should be in all garages.
