Hey boyz, Just a quick question from a not so mechanically minded ct user.. Driving today, hit full boost and heard a *pop* and then seen one of the biggest clouds of black smoke come out of the zorst.. Car didnt seem to miss a beat and didnt blow anymore smoke afterwards driving or idling, but im just concerned as to what caused the pop and smoke.. Is it a fuel related issue or something along the lines of oil with the turbo?? ie: lines. Any genuine info will be greatly appreciated.. Cheers in advance.

It sounds like a backfire to me, as in a fuel related issue. Spark could have broken down on boost and the fuel has passed through into the exhaust and ignited. If it keeps on happening i would be taking it in to a tuner and them to check it out.
