Hello all, Just thought i'd share my creation with you all. Firstly I have a 1990 Nissan Patrol ST 3.0lt Carby Manual (RB30) I bought it stock as a rock as it came out of the showroom. Since then I have; This is what the car looked like before I bought it http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g1...5/Dsc03729.jpg (http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g174/stuball25/Dsc03729.jpg) * Injected, Turboed & Intercooled * Now running MOTEC ECU * ARB Winch Bar * 8000LB High Mount Warn Winch * ARB Side Rails & Steps * ARB Airlockers Front & Rear with 4.6 Ratio's * ARB Compressor * OME 3" Suspension lift with Old Man Emu Long travel shocks * Kaymar Rear Step Tow Bar * IPF HID Driving Lights * IPF HID headlight upgrade * Outback Rear Drawer System * 39LT ARB Fridge/Freezer * Safari Snorkel * 15X8 Alloy USA Rims with 33"x12.5 BF Goodrich all terrains * Uniden UHF * Clarion TV DVD Player * Satalite Navigation * 1997 Model Full Interior Inc. Full Factory Electrics Is making 165RKW Which was down tuned from 180RKW. Boost's up at 1700RPM so there is no lag at all. Future plans are uncertain apart from needing a new Clutch as it starts to slip in 3rd when it's angry. Here are some pictures http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g1...5/Img_1383.jpg http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g1...5/Img_1387.jpg http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g1...5/Img_1385.jpg http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g1...5/Img_1384.jpg http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g1...5/Img_1388.jpg (http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g174/stuball25/Img_1388.jpg) http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g1...5/Img_1386.jpg (http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g174/stuball25/Img_1386.jpg)

Tough. Clutches in these cant handle the weight, we had a stock petrol one and you had to take it easy on it to an extent or it would slip. This thing would be awesome off road. Why was it 'detuned' to 165rwkw? This would scare a few at the traffic light battles!

The power is awesome. I detuned it because it lost power in the lower RPM range. Has heaps up top but I wanted the power all the way through. This way it gets angry at 1700RPM. I get some strange looks when I take off at the lights. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Thats awsome.. Looks great. Did you still keep the original carby setup, like the manifold and everything? Have you got photos of the stock carby engine bay you could put up?

Thats cool, it's the way to go nowadays even the comp trucks are using the turbo petrol route, instead of the diesel, except their turboing the 4.2 and 4.8litres, i can only dream.

I have some bad news. Was out in the bush the other night and after 20mins of holding the car on the floor, the motor is showing signs of a bad Big End Bearing. It's making some clucking noises
